Location oltre ogni aspettativa
☺ Struttura centralissima, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La padrona di casa ci ha accolto in maniera molto gentile e professionale fornendoci ogni informazione necessaria. La struttura è da poco ristrutturata e dotata quindi di ogni necessità ma conserva comunque il fascino originale del palazzo; la finestra su piazza del Popolo è veramente speciale. La colazione è uno dei punti di forza sicuramente della struttura, molto ricca e disponibile direttamente in camera; non ci sono quindi problemi di orario. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura, io sicuramente tornerò.

Lovely, refined apartment and a wonderful host.
☺ This is a beautiful apartment. It is very spacious for a couple or solo traveller. It is clearly a well-loved home, with many lovely touches, well cared for, spotlessly clean, and with everything you would need. Maria Pia is delightful, and she lavishes her guests with delicious treats: everything you could want or need and much more. Being on the main piazza, the apartment is in the centre of everything with a view onto one of the most beautiful and lively piazze in Italy. The palazzo is beautiful. Staying here is not only comfortable, but a lesson in living well.
☹ The apartment's best asset is also its drawback. The town is beautiful and very lively, especially in the piazza. The noise enters into the apartment, although the bedroom is more insulated from it. There are no cars and I did not hear any loud music, just the hubbub of considerable social activity. I sleep with earplugs normally, and it might be recommended. The wifi can also be glitchy, particularly in the evening, at least when I was there.

Very comfortable, clean with a very kind and attentative host. Wonderfully located and safe.
☺ The breakfast was delivered every morning, croissants, fresh fruit, jucices etc. Maria, was very kind and attentive. She very kindly drove us with our suitcases to the bus and train station on our last day.
☹ My only issue was that the wifi was not consistent and frequently went down and we would then have to try and get it back up again. In the overall pleasantness of the suite it was a minor irritation. We enjoyed our stay very much.

☺ Location was fabulous in the heart of Ascoli Piceno in Piazza del Popolo in front of Meletti’s, a famous bar known for their Anisette liqueur. It is my favorite piazza, one of many. A few photos attached of restaurant for dinner close by. Also must try gelato and olive shaped gelato at Andrea’s!
☹ If you come in the summer just a heads up there is no air conditioning. It has many windows so can open for fresh air. I personally had no issue since there was a fan if needed.

☺ Situata nel pieno centro storico di Ascoli Piceno, con una splendida vista su Piazza del Popolo, la struttura garantisce assoluta tranquillità, comfort e comodità. La suite è una dimora storica completamente nuova; la pulizia dell'alloggio e dei servizi igienici è pregevole. Menzione particolare meritano ospitalità, cordialità, disponibilità, generosità, premure e accoglienza della proprietaria che garantiscono un'atmosfera calda e familiare come quella di casa. Non si vorrebbe mai andar via.
☹ Semplicemente perfetta: niente da aggiungere, niente da togliere
