☺ A very centrally located property, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. The hostess welcomed us in a very kind and professional manner, providing us with all the necessary information. The property has recently been renovated and is therefore equipped with everything you need, yet it still retains the building’s original charm; the view of Piazza del Popolo is truly special. Breakfast is definitely one of the property’s strong points—it’s very generous and served right in your room, so there are no time constraints. I highly recommend staying here; I’ll definitely be back.

A lovely, elegant apartment and a wonderful host.
☺ This is a beautiful apartment. It’s very spacious for a couple or a solo traveler. It’s clearly a well-loved home, with many lovely touches, well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Maria Pia is delightful, and she spoils her guests with delicious treats: everything you could want or need—and much more. Located on the main piazza, the apartment is right in the heart of everything, with a view of one of the most beautiful and lively piazzas in Italy. The building is beautiful. Staying here is not only comfortable, but a lesson in the good life.
☹ The apartment’s greatest asset is also its drawback. The town is beautiful and very lively, especially in the piazza. Noise carries into the apartment, although the bedroom is better insulated from it. There are no cars, and I didn’t hear any loud music—just the buzz of lively social activity. I usually sleep with earplugs, and I’d recommend doing the same. The Wi-Fi can also be spotty, particularly in the evening—at least when I was there.

☺ Breakfast was delivered every morning—croissants, fresh fruit, juices, etc. Maria was very kind and attentive. She was kind enough to drive us and our suitcases to the bus and train station on our last day.
☹ My only issue was that the Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently dropped out, forcing us to try and get it back online. Given how pleasant the suite was overall, it was just a minor annoyance. We really enjoyed our stay.

☺ The location was fabulous—right in the heart of Ascoli Piceno, in Piazza del Popolo, across from Meletti’s, a famous bar known for its Anisette liqueur. It’s my favorite piazza, one of many. I’ve attached a few photos of a nearby restaurant for dinner. You must also try the gelato—especially the olive-shaped gelato—at Andrea’s!
☹ If you’re visiting in the summer, just a heads-up: there’s no air conditioning. It has plenty of windows, so you can open them for fresh air. Personally, I didn’t have any issues since there was a fan available if needed.
